Hi I’m writing this to request assistance with the issue we encountered involving K7 Security Platform. Our software was incorrectly flagged as a false positive. We then quickly uploaded it to false positive submission portal https://support.k7computing.com/index.php?/ticket/get-department/department/5; our primary concern was the timing of the incident, our application got blocked during a critical period for our customers.
To avoid any such disruptions in the future, we would like to engage in a proactive manner of white listing our EV signed application binaries beforehand, so that they are marked safe.
So, I request please share the link to White listing portal, if such a portal is not available can I upload our binaries to the false positive submission portal even if it’s not flagged?
