unable to update ....even though internet is connected.

its not updating automatically even though there is internet connection. I am unable to update my K7 antivirus premium . It says "One or more programs needed to update are not running. please help me out.

    I have install K7 version free anti-virus at 28-04-2023 after in my PC after newly installed Windows 10.
    I couldn't update . It says "the update data file downloaded was found to be expired on verification. Please ensure your computer time is set correctly and try running the update again"
    Despite repeated attempts after automatic setting of time zone, I get the same message.
    Please find a solution for me

    I have K7 lifetime version.
