The Administrator can allow/block Google Apps personal accounts. (For example allow only k7computing.com but NOT gmail.com, though both are Gmail accounts). Also the administrator can exclude certain sites or processes, if couldn’t access certain secure sites (https/SSL) such as internal sites.
