unable to update ....even though internet is connected.

its not updating automatically even though there is internet connection. I am unable to update my K7 antivirus premium . It says "One or more programs needed to update are not running. please help me out.

    Same here. Some different issue. K7 send a long mail reagarding how to troubleshoot! But I can only browse through my mails and view some videos on YT. How would I know how to do it my self? During late 2000, when I bought my first laptop, K7 helped me to install the software on my laptop through remote access! But today it is clearly stating that it can not help that way. By looking it support excellence, I bought this software. As the company grown into leaps and bounds making it say this way..
