Solutions

1. Log in to K7 Enterprise Security Console.
2. Select “Manage Clients” tab from home page and choose “Policy” from the left pane
3. List of available policies would be displayed. Select the policy needs to be edited and click on “Edit” button. (PS: Default Policy cannot be edited) or “Create Policy”
4. Choose “Device Control”
5. Select “Enable Device Control” option.
6. Click on “Device Access”
7. Choose “Browse Device”
8. Select the Device Name needs to be block and click on ADD.
9. Now click on Add Device  
10. Enter the "Device Name" and "Device ID" under “Allowed Devices" which needs to be exclude from block click on Add Device .
11. Save the policy.
