Incorrect password while activating the K7 Product

Scenario: - User might not able to activate the K7 Mobile Security as it may show error message such as incorrect Password.

Steps to follow:-

  1. Verify whether your email id is registered with K7 previously if yes, enter the same password for activation which you have used for previous K7 product activation
  2. Incase if you don’t remember password or previous activation information, please use forget password option using the below link and reset the password.
  3. You can also use different email id if you don’t want to change the password for current K7 Account.
