Scenario: If your K7 product shows the above issue while activation then this happens due to the installation of older version setup of K7 security product or the downloaded setup file size is lesser than the original file size or improper registration of script files in your windows registry.

Steps to follow:

  1. If you have installed through CD, then click here to download and run the removal tool to uninstall the product and restart the system.
  2. Please click here to download the latest setup file from to reinstall the product. Make sure, you are installing/activating the product in administrator account.
