K7 setting password can't be retrieved If you have lost it. However, you can re-install the product and re-configure the settings.
To re-install follow the below steps:
1. Download and run K7 removal tool from the below link:
https://www.k7computing.com/dl/free-tools/K7RT.exe
2. Install K7 with setup/CD and activate.
Note: Make sure you have licence credentials with you before proceeding with uninstallation.
