Scenario: If In case K7 Product Serial Number is lost, performing below steps helps to get the license key.
Steps to follow: In case K7 product is in the installed state
- Open K7 Product and click on Support tab, license key would be displayed.
- License key would also be printed in the installation manual, would be available inside the purchased K7 Product box.
- If the product is already activated, login to 'My Account' page to retrieve the key. Login to your K7 account using the email ID and password was used while activating the product and retrieve the key. https://register.k7computing.com/subscriptions/MyAccount.asp
Note: If the installation manual is misplaced or lost. Send the scanned copy of box number along with a soft copy of bill as proof of purchase to support@k7computing.com
