Scenario: This error occurs when the jscript.dll files which are required for installing the K7 Security product have an invalid reference in the windows registry. 

Steps to follow : 

1. Kindly download and run the below-attached file on your machine and install the K7 product based on your operating system.
   
2. For a 32-bit operating system download the Jscript32.zip file and extract and run it and for a 64-bit operating system download the jscript64.zip file and extract and run it to resolve the issue.
