How to edit / enable / disable a User account in Administration?

To modify a user account in Administration follow these:

  1. Select Administration tab on the admin console and choose Users from the options on the left pane.
  2. Select the user and click on Edit option to change the information.
  3. Check Account is Disabled option to disable a User.
  4. Select Update option
