Scenario: This error might happen if the IE version is below in the minimum system requirement or if the script files are not registered properly.

Steps to follow:

1. Run the K7 Removal tool from the following link

Removal tool and delete K7 Computing folder under C:Program Files or rename it.

2. Clear both temp and %temp% folders and other K7 entries.

3. Check for third-party AV or unwanted applications, if found uninstall it.

4. If the issue persist then run RT again and follow the Step 2.

5. After that check for below registry entries and try installing K7 after deleting these entries

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionImage File Execution Options {Delete the K7 entries under Image File Execution Options folder}
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsSaferCodeIdentifiersPaths{Remove K7 Entry if any here}
