Scenario: While activating the K7 Security Product in the windows operating system, you may get a blank screen in the K7 activation window. 

Steps to follow:

1. Open run command by pressing Windows + R and type "inetcpl.cpl" and hit enter.

2. Select the Advanced tab. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select Reset.

3. In the box, Are you sure you want to reset all Internet Explorer settings?, select Reset. When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, select Close, and then select OK. 

4. Now close and reopen the K7 product and click on Activate button and proceed for activation.
