Scenario: You may not able to activate K7 multi -user key after changing/formmating the PC. To resolve the issue please follow the below procedure

Solution :- 

1.Click on the above link, Once the page got open.

Link :-

2.Login into my account using the email id and password which you used to activate K7 in First computer.

3.Once the My-Account page gets open, Click 'Blue Arrow' mark next to the serial number.

4.Select 'Manage' Under Protection.

5.Then select the option Deactivate on the Top after selecting the Users (Select the User name which you had recently reinstalled the operating system).

6.Once you Deactivate the Users it will show “Deactivation Successfully”

7. Close the My Account Page

After deactivating one user ,Try to activate the product to get product activated.
