Unable to update K7 Product – Last error 0

Scenario:- If you are getting an error while updating “No Internet connection - last error : 0”

Steps to follow:-

  1. This might occur due to either slow internet or if there is any block ( firewall ) in the network.
  2. Please click on the below link to download the offline updater file - https://k7computing.com/in/free_tools,
  3. Kindly click on the below link and download "K7 Offline Updater" Click on save when it prompts and run that file in the computer where you want to update, And then proceed for an online update after 2 hours,
  4. If still the same issue, check whether any proxy or gateway firewall such as Fortigate, Cyber Roam Etc is being used.
  5. If yes, please allow the below URLs into the allowed list and check

updates.k7computing.com

prdupdates.k7computing.com

bitcast-b.bitgravity.com/k7

prdupdates.k7computing.com.edgesuite.net

Also, make sure that .DAT extension files are allowed to download under content filtering of the gateway firewall and then try updating the K7 product.
