Scenario: If you are unable to access the web camera when using it from a browser or any particular application such as Zoom. This may be due to K7 blocking the webcam under its Webcam Protection settings.

Steps to follow:

1. Open the K7 product.
2. Click on Details.
3. Click on Settings under Webcam Protection.
4. Check if any entry is blocked.
   • If an entry is blocked, click on Edit and enable it.
