Issue:- We're aware that some users are seeing a continuous alert from K7 stating, 'High Security Threat Found - Scan crash o detected.' and we have already released an update to fix the issue. Please open K7, click on 'Check for recent Update, ' to apply the fix.
Problem: Some clients are experiencing difficulties accessing the console or updating the endpoints.
Steps to follow:
1. For Clients Accessing the Console:
Change the endpoint update path to the Internet, to change it follow this procedure -
Update the clients by running the update process.
2. For Clients Unable to Access the Console:
